Eloise GROUT Koehler, Operations Manager

Eloise Grout Koehler is a strategist and operator who has spent 20 years helping mission-driven organizations build structures that live up to their values. Early in her career, she worked at a startup that wanted to build a company benefiting its employees in perpetuity — not just through culture or perks, but through how the business was owned and governed. That experience showed her purpose-aligned ownership is possible, but neither intuitive nor well-mapped. Since then Eloise has spent her career partnering with founders, boards, and teams across education, nonprofits, and social enterprises to design durable systems for leadership, governance, operations, and growth. She believes ownership is a values decision, and it shapes everything that follows.
